~National Convention and update~

I know its a little overdue, but here's an update. We have our dairy and horse judging teams going to state. Several of us went to the 80th anual National FFA Convention in Indianapolis in October. The city was filled with people in blue jackets. Most if not all of the people from Minnesota stayed at the Holiday Inn. There was an FFA mall, a room with a ton of college representatives, and lots of free stuff. There were places to eat at the covention center, but it was so packed with people that when possible we avoided eating there. There were plenty of break out sessions and speakers. The covention center was full whenever there was a speaker. The FFA band and choir were also there. We also went to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Henry Winkler (Fonzie) was on of our speakers. He was my obvious favorite. Conseco fieldhouse was pretty packed top to bottom when he was there. I have pictures from the trip that i will post later.
